-24 hr access

- Residents are provided 1 table, 1 shelf, and a chair. 

- No excessively loud music

- No big parties

- No smoking

- No alterations to the space that can’t be undone before vacating the space

-If any alterations are made, they will be undone and the space will be returned to the state it was given in by whomever made said alterations

-All lights and AC should be turned off by the last person to leave. If no one else is there, there should be nothing left on that consumes electricity

-No use of excessively large/loud/energy consuming tools or equipment without approval from studio manager (Corey)

-No sleeping/living in the studio

-No cleaning of art supplies in kitchen sink; please help to keep this area and all common areas clean

-Everyone is responsible for their own garbage. 

-Please keep personal items in personal space/keep communal space free of personal items

-Check with studio manager before holding large/group activities.

-Under no circumstances should you loan your keys or make copies for anyone. 

-If you are working with an assistant, please check with management before giving them unsupervised access to the studio

-The big rolling table is available for anyone to use for special projects, but should be free of personal effects before leaving the studio.

-Any furniture provided by CTF should be returned to CTF at the end of your time with us

-No excessively odorous or hazardous materials
